Shattered; a spoken word of God’s redeeming love

In the depths of my despair, I stood, A soul fragmented, misunderstood, Broken pieces scattered all around, In shattered dreams, my heart was bound.

Yet in the midst of darkness, a flickering light, A presence so gentle, kind and bright, A divine touch, a balm for my pain, Their grace, a beacon through the pouring rain.

Like shards of glass, my spirit torn, Wounded, battered, battle-worn, But in their embrace, I found solace deep, A refuge where my brokenness could weep.

With tender hands, they gathered each shard, Mending the fragments, though it seemed hard, For where my strength faltered, theirs prevailed, In their mercy, my brokenness unveiled.

Piece by piece, they put me back together, With threads of love, they wove, untethered, Healing the wounds, scars transformed to art, A masterpiece emerging from a shattered heart.

In the ruins of despair, a phoenix rose, With newfound hope, my spirit chose, To embrace the cracks, the jagged lines, For in brokenness, their love shines.

The pain that once defined my every breath, Now a testimony of their faithfulness, a depth, For in the mending of my shattered soul, I discovered a grace that makes me whole.

So let the world see the beauty within, A vessel once broken, now shining from within, For their healing touch, their love so pure, Can mend the broken pieces and make us endure.

In the tapestry of life, shattered no more, With every mended fragment, my spirit will soar, For the Divine, the Healer, has made me anew, From brokenness to wholeness, their promise rings true.

So let us embrace the journey, never apart, For even in brokenness, their love imparts, A strength beyond measure, a purpose revealed, In the shattered moments, their glory is sealed.
