Listen up, my friends, I’ve got something to say
A plea for inclusivity, for a better day
We need to open our hearts and our minds
To accept each other, and leave hate behind
Inclusivity is not just a buzzword, it’s a need
A need to embrace diversity, in word and in deed
We’re all different, and that’s a beautiful thing
Let’s celebrate it, let our diversity ring
It doesn’t matter where you come from
Or who you are, or what you’ve done
Your gender, your race, your sexuality
All of these things, they make you unique
We need to listen, to learn, to understand
To stand with those who are not like us, hand in hand
To acknowledge our privileges, and use them for good
To fight against discrimination, as we know we should
Inclusivity is not just about tolerance
It’s about acceptance, about giving a chance
To those who have been pushed to the margins
To those who have been treated like strangers
So let’s break down the walls that divide
And create a world where we all thrive
Where we’re free to be ourselves, to shine bright
Where inclusivity is the norm, not a fight
Let’s be the change we want to see
And create a world of true equality
Let’s stand together, let’s take the lead
And make inclusivity a reality we all need
